Helpful staff
The staff at SteelGate Insurance Partners were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Great for home insurance

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SteelGate Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used SteelGate Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
