Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and SteelGate Insurance Group walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Five stars all around

Solid broker
SteelGate Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SteelGate Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
