Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SteelDale Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to SteelDale Risk Solutions on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SteelDale Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good value
I appreciate that SteelDale Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Pretty good

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SteelDale Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
