I been with Spruceland insurance for many years. They change ownership and I’m proud to say that the new owners are just a bit just as good as the old one they look after all your needs they go with that extra mile to earn your business And if they don’t know the answer to your question, they will find out the answer. They don’t guess they will find the answer and get back to you. You don’t find any companies, especially insurance companies that look after your insurance needs like these people Many many years ago, how was a different company? I had three brand new quads and two new motorbikes for my kids. They were on a trailer connected to my motorhome on Vancouver Island, and in the middle of the night somebody came by and stole the trailer all the quad Find out that the broker made a mistake so he says, and I had no insurance coverage Well, that loss took me Recover from I don’t finance anything I buy I never have and I never will besides the mortgage on my home So his little mistake cost me well over $30,000 and so sad for me I find that so unprofessional I told him what I wanted and I would think that Insurance for misunderstandings cause I was very clear on what I wanted was fire vandalism, and the ability to drive these off-road to find out that because they were stolen and for whatever reason they weren’t covered well Today’s day I still cannot justify his excuse I didn’t have coverage That’s when I went to Spruce land and I’ve never had a problem now we’ve not had a lot of claims because we’re very safe people Happen and people breaking the houses and stealing is becoming a bigger year and bigger problem every day I got cameras and I have took all the proportions I can but at least I know with the spruce land that I’m looked after and the coverage they sell For my needs They also shop for the best deal so it’s affordable because the cost of insurance is certainly increased from card to host everything it’s just A very important thing to have insurance on your home on your expensive cars, and these people have the knowledge the energy and they actually care about their Clients When I call in there, I usually deal with Nicole and I can tell you she is a wonderful lady so give me a chance and ask for Nicole. I had missed to pay my yearly car insurance and she phoned me before my coverage was canceled. When you have somebody that takes personal care of your needs and reaches out and says, did you send in the payment because I don’t think we received it and Yeah, it was my mistake and thank goodness we’re gonna call. She saved me. Just imagine if something would happen while I would be out to beautiful FJ cruiser that I cannot say enough about and then I would have to go to some beater because we bought this vehicle brand new and it still looks like brand new How are your people coming up to me all the time in saying geez they re-issue these things and I says no this is actually a 2007 and they say New amazing what a little soap and water does but Toyota are built well.
