Good value
I appreciate that Spruce Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Could be better

Helpful but slow
The broker at Spruce Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
