Happy with the savings

Does the job

Decent service

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Spruce Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Reliable broker
Been with Spruce Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Spruce Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Spruce Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
