John was very helpful and professional.

Very disappointed to say the least. Both my husband and I called several times and nobody returned our call. After several attempts I got a hold of a broker at the Milton location. I spoke for a few minutes about my inquiry and he said he would get back to me early the following week. That was almost a month ago and still no phone call. We looked elsewhere which is sad because we wanted to support a local business.

John has always been a great point of contact for insurance resources and consultancy. As a client of his, and by association Spriggs Insurance, I can't say anything less about his outstanding dedication to serving his clientele.

I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from John Duignan. I was charged an increase of rates without my consent, when asked why I was told “Not my rules-these are company rules”, I signed a form in November to decrease rates and yet I am still being over charged, ask for reimbursement and never received a response, asked to cancel the policy and was promptly given a form to cancel coverage. Have been there since July 2023, and just very unhappy with lack of assistance.
