Good broker
Spencer & Wallace Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Good value
I appreciate that Spencer & Wallace Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Spencer & Wallace Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Spencer & Wallace Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
