Okay but not great
Used Spencer Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Renewal was painless

Could be better
The rates Spencer Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Spencer Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Spencer Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
