Five stars all around
Switched to Spectrum Insurance Agency on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement
Spectrum Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Quick and efficient

Solid broker
Spectrum Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Spectrum Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
