Helpful staff
The staff at SouthStream Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Solid broker
SouthStream Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
Used SouthStream Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SouthStream Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
