Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with SouthRidge Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SouthRidge Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
