Good broker
SouthHaven Insurance Group took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Could be better
The rates SouthHaven Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SouthHaven Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
