Amazing customer service

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SouthGate Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through SouthGate Insurance Advisors. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SouthGate Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

The rates SouthGate Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
