Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SouthBridge Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
SouthBridge Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Fair pricing
