Could be better
The rates SouthBay Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SouthBay Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job

Slow and unresponsive
