Amazing customer service
The staff at SnowGate Financial & Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Slow and unresponsive
SnowGate Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SnowGate Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
