Average experience
My experience with Smith & Ramos Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Smith & Ramos Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
