Good broker
Skyline Financial & Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Skyline Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Skyline Financial & Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
Skyline Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Skyline Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
