Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Simpson & Reed Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Smooth transition

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Simpson & Reed Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Simpson & Reed Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
