Family business feel
Simpson & Kelly Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Simpson & Kelly Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Simpson & Kelly Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
