Reliable broker
Been with Simpson & Hansen Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Simpson & Hansen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Simpson & Hansen Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Simpson & Hansen Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
