Average experience
My experience with SilverWater Insurance Services was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with SilverWater Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement

Slow and unresponsive
SilverWater Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
