Lost my documents

SilverRock Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with SilverRock Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff

The staff at SilverRock Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.
