Helpful but slow
The broker at SilverLake Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good value
I appreciate that SilverLake Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about SilverLake Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
