Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with SilverGrove Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience

Slow and unresponsive
SilverGrove Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
