Lost my documents
SilverGate Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Could be better
The rates SilverGate Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at SilverGate Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
