Poor communication
My biggest issue with SilverBrook Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job

Smooth transition

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with SilverBrook Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
