Signature Insurance Brokers

I dealt with this company as part of a quote request for health and dental insurance services. Although I ultimately received adequate insurance at a reasonable price, I later realized that the insurance contract I signed didn't meet my initial needs, and that much critical information that should have been provided to me wasn't. Among other things, the insurance contract I never received. But once the contract was signed, I imagine I shouldn't expect any follow-up, as my subsequent questions remained unanswered, and the insurance company with which I signed my contract is very difficult to contact, forcing me to terminate the contract and seek other partners to find new insurance. In short, if you deal with them, it's better to already know the product you're looking for, otherwise you'll receive the first product they offer you, even if it doesn't meet your needs. Other companies, for example, took the time to properly explain the different products and conditions to me, right from the first call, without trying to sell me anything.

We used this company for refinancing. Jason, our broker, was available, efficient, flexible, and courteous. He took the time to explain all the available options and guide us in our choice. I greatly appreciated the quality of his services and my first experience working with him. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for my future needs.

A lot of wasted time. He had all the information he needed to assess the situation, and it was handled poorly. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

Bon service

I just got a call from a BC number, a man with an Indian accent. Couldn't even pronounce the name of the company properly. Told me they're ''all across Canada'' but couldn't give me any of the addresses. (FYI their website is only in French, so they're definitely not across Canada) When I kept challenging him, he just hung up. Beware of scammers
