Amazing customer service
The staff at Shepherd & Robinson Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Okay but not great
Used Shepherd & Robinson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Shepherd & Robinson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
Shepherd & Robinson Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
