Lost my documents
Shepherd Insurance Brokers lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Shepherd Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
