Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Shepherd & Fleming Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Shepherd & Fleming Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Shepherd & Fleming Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier
