ATS let my business insurance laps, neglected to send a renewal, didn't take any responsibility, left our company vulnerable, and now will not return our calls or emails. They don't seem to care about the liability they exposed our company and their agency to, and are now avoiding our calls. This company not only has no customer service, the owner doesn't seem to care. This agency is dangerous to deal with. Agencies are a dime a dozen, find yourself another one.

Very poor customer service and follow up. We had our home insurance with them for decades and over the past several years the service and professionalism has continually declined. We never had a claim and always paid our invoice on time. Yet the attitude was akin with doing us a "favour" and when provided with constructive feedback regarding not returning phone calls and wanting more information to understand the policy and our options the attitude and service declined further. When we did not renew there was not a phone call or attempt to retain our business. Would definitely not recommend.
