Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Shaw & Ramsey Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates Shaw & Ramsey Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Fair pricing
Shaw & Ramsey Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Shaw & Ramsey Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
