Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Shaw & Partners Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Shaw & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
