Helpful but slow
The broker at Shaw & Campbell Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Shaw & Campbell Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Shaw & Campbell Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Five stars all around
