The First Couple years they were perfectly fine. About year 3 or 4 I recieved my renewal from my current provided ( which my agent found me years back). I figured this was the best price since Seymour Fair has had me as a client and I have been dealing with them for several years at this point regarding my policy. However after a month and a half into my new term, I decided to do my own research and I made ONE Phone call, and got a quote for the exact same coverage (my word) for $1100 a year cheaper ! I saved my family $1100 by making one phone call that they could not do. I feel like after you are their client they do not care about your hard earned money and just let the renews from your insurance providers go your way, rather then putting in some leg work to find you the best price. Stay on top of your agent ! That is what they are hear to do. Find you the best price not forward the mail when it comes to there desk. Very disappointed :(

HE IS HAVING BAD REVIEWS DELETED! The first year was fine, but at the renewal the price almost doubled without an explanation, tickets or any changes. Asked him to cancel the renewal a month in advance and he still messed up. Takes zero accountability for it and will gaslight you. AVOID!
