Poor communication
My biggest issue with Service Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Service Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Service Assurances Inc. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
