Poor communication
My biggest issue with Sentinel Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Sentinel Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Sentinel Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
