Fair pricing
Scott & Ross Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Room for improvement
Scott & Ross Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around

Pretty good
