Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Scott & Owen Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful staff
The staff at Scott & Owen Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Good broker

Slow and unresponsive
Scott & Owen Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Scott & Owen Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
