Poor customer service. I called 3 days in a row asking for a quote. I was told someone would get back to me and no one did. I then emailed and someone did reply. However, after waiting a week I had to call again and ask if the quote had been done. Later that day I finally received an email with the details.

Over priced, Cancelled my insurance and wasn’t told I needed to sign a form and they also didn’t send the form , so had payments coming out for mutiple months , do not recommend (ps called multiple times to get this figured out and I did sign the form of cancellation , called yesterday was told they would call back and the owner would help me out , didn’t get a call back and now I’m very aggravated because every time I call they also proceed to hang up without speaking ) Not professional at all.
