Family business feel
Savard Groupe d'Assurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Savard Groupe d'Assurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Savard Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement

Mixed feelings
