Slow and unresponsive
Sanders Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Sanders Insurance Ltd.. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
Sanders Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
