Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ryan & Miller Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great

Lost my documents
Ryan & Miller Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ryan & Miller Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
