Great for bundling

Slow and unresponsive
Royal Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Royal Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Royal Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
