Average experience
My experience with Ross & Palmer Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Five stars all around
Switched to Ross & Palmer Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Fair pricing
Ross & Palmer Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
