Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Ross Insurance Brokers was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ross Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
