Room for improvement
Rogers Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great

Helpful but slow
The broker at Rogers Insurance Ltd. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
Rogers Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
