My experience with Rockwood Financial & Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Slow and unresponsive
Rockwood Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Rockwood Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
